Review on ACDelco 252 825 Professional Water Pump by Jaleel Kadlecik

This is an OE quality water pump at half the price at your local parts store. Why I gave it one star is that the thermostat/pump housing has to be removed to take the pump out. Simply unscrew the 4 screws that hold the pump/thermostat housing in place. If you're not careful, you can crack the case and ruin your work. The pump will not get past the timing cover and many attempts will not help. It's fine, but you need an o-ring at the junction of the case and the block. I had to order a Felpro o-ring from Oreilly. Still a great half price deal from local parts retailers. Check out the repair manual and don't ruin your weekend.
