The ability for multiple users in different locations can be accessed at any time via mobile devices or computers with internet access. This is very helpful when working from home as it allows you to continue your work without being physically present in an office location. I don't like that there are certain modules not available within this program. For example we do not have the option to upload our own documents into the system (i.e., invoices). We also cannot print labels using other software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro. If these features were included then I would give them 5 stars instead of 4! It's great having everything under one roof so everyone knows what they need to look up if needed. Having everything in one place makes life easier since no matter where someone works their information is always right next door.
