Review on Kwikset 99380 001 Electronic Deadbolt Featuring by Mark Meyer

All instructions followed, stopped several times to check locking mechanism. Everything connected and looked good on the door. The application earned and read the lock. Check by check, everything worked! I then clicked 'block' in the app, 'stuck'. You could see him trying to turn the wrong way. Blocked it manually and pressed "unblock". The same thing and another turn in the wrong direction. Called Kwikset support and was held up for more than 30 minutes while I was still trying to take it apart and "flip" the locking mechanism. The "top" side was clearly "top" and would not align to "bottom". That's what happened and will likely happen again unless Kwikset decides to take the call to customer support. Super frustrated that after all that and $200 he's going to have trouble turning the lock the wrong way.
