I bought about five of these and only one broke. The support team is really helping me. They all work great and I'm currently parallelizing them. They balance my batteries between 5 and 10 millivolts. I have solar panels that charge batteries with a charge controller. And also with the help of a grid-connected inverter to feed electricity back into the house. I also have a pure sine wave inverter and these battery management systems work great. When a lot of energy is flowing through them, they get a little warm, but not too annoying. Maybe a difference of 5-8 degrees. I really like her. I recommend.
