Not for beginners
These tools are very strong and well made. However, the cutting edges are not immediately ready for use. They are dull and uneven. Being a beginner I don't have the necessary tools to sharpen a new edge for them so I have to take them to a pro. I only sharpen and sharpen tools. I can't fix this without outside help. However, they are very durable and have comfortable handles.
