
I like that it has all of my accounts in one place so when we are looking at leads they can be easily filtered by account or contact type. Sometimes there is lag time between new data being added into our CRMs with their system but this isn't always an issue as well. It's not very intuitive if you're coming from something else such as Hubspot which makes using some features difficult without reading through lots of documentation first. If your team uses other platforms then look elsewhere until Salesforce integrates more fully with those systems. We use Salesforce primarily because its free up front however once setup correctly it does provide value even though it might take weeks or months before certain things become available.
