Overall, decent tool for lead management and tracking

I like that it has all of my accounts in one place so when we are looking at leads they can be easily filtered by account or contact type. Sometimes there is lag time between new data being added into our CRMs with their system but this isn't always an issue as well. It's not very intuitive if you're coming from something else such as Hubspot which makes using some features difficult without reading through lots of documentation first. If your team uses other platforms then look elsewhere…

  • Also having sales pipelines tied directly within SF helps keep everyone accountable/up to date about what each person needs completed i love keeping myself organized!

Love what we're doing with LeadSquared!

It's a little bit different than other CRMs out there, and I like that. The platform is easy to navigate and figure out, and the support team is phenomenal. I had a question and they got back to me immediately and helped me get the answer I needed. The tool has come along way since I first tried it out, and I'm happy to be a part of the community and help others out. I've been using it for about a year now, and it has helped my company grow.
