Received 2 weeks before delivery date, in perfect condition. Went like clockwork. I drilled 10 holes in ceramic tile on a bathroom wall backed with 3/8" cement board to install the handrails. Drilled an overall 5/8" hole in about 10 minutes at a time. I used a 1/2" x 3" x 8" piece of wood with a 1/4" hole in the center to hold the drill bit in place, with another 1/8" hole on top to introduce the 1/8" plastic. Pipe for supplying cooling and lubricating water to the drilling site. I used a 2 liter soft drink bottle with a 1/8 inch hole in the cap to insert the other end of the tubing and my wife held the water filled bottle over the hole. It worked really great if you had a firm grip on the tree. with one hand against the wall while drilling with the other hand, using very light pressure on the drill and the flowing water. You can remove the wood after the hole is well started, but let the water flow while you drill. The first drill can still be used to protect all other bits. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to remove the drilled dowel from the bit after each hole. I had to take the bit out of the drill and use the nail from the other end - Jay Ranparia
