***1 star for customer service*** Overall I am impressed with the aesthetics of the wheels/components. They are lightweight and appear to be well made for the most part. Problems - My front wheel makes a popping noise with every rotation. I contacted the seller and after numerous photos/videos they decided to send a replacement rim. Didn't realize it meant no spokes/hubs installed. (I still don't have it, by the way, because it's from China). I don't have rim tools, and the local bike shop charges $120 for a component swap and wheel reset. I replied to the seller and his reply was "spokes and hub are fine, we just send you the rim and you agreed." I spent $385 and now have to shell out another $120 to get my wheel repaired ? This is BS. After completely disassembling the wheel, I found that something was rattling inside the cavity and I couldn't remove it. Maybe it's a spoke nipple that fell off and they put it back together anyway? Who knows. The local bike shop checked the spoke tension and it was insanely high compared to the recommended 90kgf on the list. I've found that if I have any problems, just return everything. Don't try to work with a seller and get a short straw like mine. Update - I found the noise, added a video. The internal carbon structure is broken/cracked so it bursts with every spin. The seller still won't replace me and I haven't even owned them for 30 days.
