Review on 🌶️ Stainless-Steel 36-Hole Jalapeno Rack with Corer - King Kooker 36JR by Tamara Gruzella

I use this rack to cook jalapeños in the oven. It's not perfect, but I like it. Pros: Stainless steel is easy to clean and thick enough to be used at oven temperature without warping. The coring tool works very well with large jalapenos. However, it's too big for a smaller jalapeno (the size I usually collect in my garden). To solve this problem, I bent the end of the coring tool inward further to fit the smaller jalapenos. Cons: - No bottom. It's good when you use it on a grill, but not so good when you use it in the oven. When using it in the oven, I place it on a baking sheet to catch any dripping cheese or bacon grease. The holes are usually too big or too small due to the large difference in size of the jalapenos. I use toothpicks through the jalapenos to keep the smaller ones. With larger jalapenos, I can usually push them far enough into the hole to hold them. When the jalapenos are big enough, I can push them through the holes and leave the bottom on the baking sheet I put underneath. It's not perfect, but it's enough. Until someone invents a rack with automatically adjustable holes, everything is fine.
