Works great - snap ring pliers
I got this to attach a boat cover and it worked great, it also worked on a pool cover and my son's backpack. This is a durable tool that makes snapping easier, much easier than the old hammer and flat surface etc method. You can use it without removing the cap or whatever else you need to fasten. I love the fact that I can do it myself and don't have to force my husband to do it. It has a comfortable grip and comes with multiple sleepers. So if you only need a few sleepers, you're good to go.
