Review on UPERFECT Automatic Touchscreen: 15.6" Ultrawide Frameless Portable Screen with 3840X2160 Resolution by Joe Freeman

This is a very good monitor. My Macbook Pro was repaired for battery swelling and I needed a monitor with a USBC port to use with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus. I am using Samsung Dex mode which gives the user a desktop look and feel similar to Chrome OS. I was impressed with the packaging and detailing as well as the many cables included in the box. The monitor is a feast for the eyes and unique among all other portable monitors. This monitor is bare and has a hinge that allows you to tilt the monitor to your desired viewing angle. Other portable monitors are limited by the angle of the cover they come with. Think of an iPad case that just positions the tablet in two different configurations. This monitor is lightweight yet very durable. It features 2 usable USBC ports for video and charging, and a mini HDI port for peripherals. I checked the monitor's resolution capabilities and they are very sharp - even up to 4K. When I returned my Macbook Pro from repair, I connected this monitor with a single USBC cable and it complements my Macbook Pro perfectly. I charge my Macbook Pro, UPerfect monitor and Galaxy Note 10 Plus with a 65W Macbook Pro charger. I would be remiss if I didn't mention a fault I had with this product. First, I set up my monitor using the included 45W power adapter. After three hours of operation, the power supply failed. Of course I didn't like that and sent a message to UPerfect. I was amazed at how quickly Lisa responded within minutes. I explained my dissatisfaction and she assured me that they would do anything to ensure my customers' satisfaction. They discovered that they had accidentally packed a discontinued power supply. I don't need a power supply, but I said their power supply should work with their product. Lisa promptly refunded me $54 for the mistake and offered me an additional gift to correct her mishap. Due to Covid-19 restrictions they have indicated they are unable to ship an alternative power supply using their carrier until restrictions are lifted. I love that they sent several emails asking if I was happy with my monitor. Good customer service is very hard to find these days and these guys stand behind their product. I had such a positive experience that I had to write my first Revain review. I just hope they don't get too big to practice good customer service.
