I've been using this monitor for a few days now and I can say that the quality of this monitor is very good. I've used this in several different configurations: 1) 3 monitor setups connected to an Nvidia GTX 1080 card Output is 4K 60Hz via the included mini HDMI cable. The monitor must be powered using the included power adapter and USB-C cable. 2) Connected to my laptop as a second display with the included USB-C cable via the Thunderbolt 3 port. The output is excellent at 4K 60Hz. If you connect the monitor in this configuration using the included power adapter, both the monitor and the laptop will be powered at the same time. Conversely, if you have a laptop power adapter that charges the laptop; The USB-C cable controls and powers the monitor, so you only need to connect one cable3) to your Nintendo Switch. The output was 1080P using a USB-C cable and also to power the monitor using the included power adapter and cable. The quality was very good, although you can tell it's 1080P. Much better than the Switch's native screen. Image quality: excellent. Very detailed, like high-end laptops with 15-inch 4K IPS screens. The color rendering seems to be okay. Not as good as calibrated color OLED laptop screens, but definitely as advertised. Brightness: Very good. I haven't run my color calibrator on it yet, but the brightness seems to be 300+ nits. Screen Type: Since it is a touch screen, the surface is glossy with glass or glass-like coating on the screen. The quality is very high, although I can't say how durable it is. You should definitely be careful when transporting it. There's definitely some glare, but it doesn't bother me, and I prefer the sharpness of a glossy screen over a matte screen (probably a minority of them) Touch screen: Touch accuracy and response are very good, but note that the touch screen is only going to supported when using a USB-C connection. HDMI not working. There's some flare, but it's not bad and is similar to other IPS panels. In comparison, this screen has less glare than my Lenovo X1 Extreme 4k IPS panel. Overall, this is a very high quality portable monitor that rivals more expensive IPS screens. It's pricey, but worth it if you're looking for glossy touchscreen quality.
