I only had it a few weeks. It's light, it comes with a very good case for travel protection, it has a nice touchscreen with 4K image and it attaches easily to my laptop. BUT :-o If you read the documentation you will learn about a case so weak that if you hold the display in the wrong place you will ruin the screen of this $555 monitor. It was definitely on the pricier side of a portable monitor. The size is great (it's bigger than my 14 inch MBP screen) so it makes a great second travel monitor. The screen is really clear! It was difficult to know exactly what resolution would fit. I needed a little more than 1080P, but 4K is definitely too small. The 2K resolution bandwidth is spot on, which this monitor fully supports. without having to make any adjustments.

I bought this sweet little 4K monitor in 2020, over two years ago now and it still works with almost constant use. I like its versatility. I use it in both landscape and portrait mode. It's not that it's poorly done, I just found that my computer/phone can't adjust the image output, so rotating the monitor vertically just shows me the same widescreen image. I emailed the support team and after some troubleshooting we discovered it was the cable. Support suggested me a new cable from Amazon and refunded my money for the cable! The support was very competent and reacted quickly. Overall experience 10/10!

I use this display as the seventh screen for my company's chat program. It works great! I've also used this screen as a fourth display for my laptop, again with no issues. I used the screen for about four days before I changed my computer settings and lost power. I contacted the company and they replaced it for free! LOVE customer service!
