really good product
I've had this product for several years and I love it. The only problem I had was a bad USB-C cable that broke after 2 years. I emailed the support team and after some troubleshooting we discovered it was the cable. Support suggested me a new cable from Amazon and refunded my money for the cable! The support was very competent and reacted quickly. Overall experience 10/10!
