First review at the end. Updated Review ============ It's been over a year since I received the replacement unit and it's still working. When it came time to buy an additional monitor, I didn't hesitate to buy another one. It surprises me that after almost 2 years this is still the only monitor of its kind on the market. First Rating ============ Excellent monitor. The best feature set anywhere. One star off for reliability. The support service saves the day. Features=======No one else has such a feature-rich product. 4K, USB-C, Power Delivery (PD), touchscreen, rotation sensor, speakers. PD is a game changer for those using ultraportable laptops on the go. One power adapter powers both this monitor and your laptop, even if your system only has USB-C. It is also well packaged and UPerfect includes all necessary cables (HDMI to Mini-HDMI, USBA-USBC, 2x USBC-USBC) Connections==========The monitor is very picky about cables. It works well with boxed USB-C cables but refuses to work with all but one of my other existing cables. The connections are delicate. So if you accidentally touch the USB-C port, the monitor loses connection, dims the screen, restores it, and turns back on. Windows gets very confused when a display is removed and added back in quick succession. After all, mine only connects if you connect the source first and THEN the power supply. But not vice versa. Reliability? ========= I bought mine in mid-March, at the start of the pandemic. I used the monitor very carefully. After 4 months, in July, horizontal and vertical discolored stripes appeared and the touch screen stopped working. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps using UPerfect and Revain with no success. A hardware error has occurred. Customer Support ============== When I emailed UPerfect with my issue, I received a response very quickly. Ultimately, they were unable to resolve the issue, but the responsiveness of their customer support team is impeccable. I also have to commend Revain for their fantastic (ha!) service. The representative of their office in the Philippines that I spoke to offered to step in and exercise this right, although he was not required by law to do so. Now they're sending me a replacement.
