Way too big, misleading description
Just got these in the mail; they are way too big for my size 5.5 shoe. Directions say 'trim as necessary, using old insoles as a guide.' Uhmmmm. thanks, but, I don't HAVE any old insoles. These were to be my first insoles. The packaging says "replacement insoles" but it took me ten minutes to find the word replacement anywhere on the Revain page. Deeply annoyed. I'll be returning them, but I'm angry that I have to go to the trouble of returning them AND still have to find new insoles.
- I always buy these. I get heal pain, but with these in my shoes it goes away.
- Not suitable for all types of shoes: These arch support insoles are specifically designed for running shoes, which means they may not work as well with other types of footwear. Those looking for a more versatile product may need to look for a different option
