They are badly bent, never used. Also, I got a huge sliver off the 8mm and that was after I sanded both ends of the neck and hook. The remaining five also needed a rasp and wax paper for buffing. K/6.5mm broke on first use. However, I love that it comes with a sanding board! This is a tree that needs care. I've just found that they require more technical attention and that may be because I'm the carpenter's granddaughter. I can't use them on acrylic yarn because they squeak and pull making my tension uneven BUT for cotton once buffed they are excellent! Pictured above is Nature Spun Worsted, their standard wool and mohair singles and for this yarn this craft requires care in choosing the unwind direction depending on your working method. As a Continental knitter I generally have to work from the outside of the skein and the double faced Tunisian skein does the same, with the exception of 4 strand cotton worsted yarn which has to be worked from the inside out which conflicts with my knitting.
