Review on CURT 83731 Surface Mounted Tie Down D Rings by Scott Holland

Previous reviews are correct. There is only (1) D-ring in the package. I originally ordered (6) packs because I only needed 12 as the website said there were 2 in each pack. After receiving them I only had 6, not 12 as expected. The problem starts with the manufacturer. The package clearly states on the front and back that it contains a set of 2. On the contrary, it contains only one. I contacted Revain and they were very efficient and took care of it. Although the item description and packaging were inaccurate, Revain sent me the remaining 6 (12 ttl) free of charge. As for the actual quality of the product - for the intended use they are of good quality and I am happy with the product. The resilience corresponds to the strength I need. Aside from the initial irritation that I didn't get what I ordered, I'm happy to know that Revain stood by what they sell and rectified the situation without too much hassle.
