The number of features are amazing! I like being able to customize my own script as well as having an easy way to add new ones if needed (even though it would be nice for them to have some sort of training guide). Also very flexible with setting up call routes etc which makes this super useful when you don't know where your leads will end up going in terms of departments/people they'll interact with. There's alot more out there but so far it seems pretty solid. It works really good at what we need it too do. Not much to complain about yet since everything has been working perfectly fine. We use our DialPad server mostly to take customer calls from within our CRM system via API integration. This allows us to automate all sorts of tasks such as taking orders, creating quotes, scheduling appointments, sending emails, updating contacts etc etc.
