Fraud! Requires app download, still not working. The only help the provider gave was for me to reconnect. THAT DOES NOT WORK! I hooked up with a single mom to avoid a bad review, but the product sucks, as does the customer service. Don't waste your money. Oh, and get this... after asking for help to fix an issue with a faulty product, the link on my order screen suddenly stopped working. All other products I have purchased have worked except this one. I had to go through the seller's link and find this in order to post this review. Is this to prevent my review from being linked to a confirmed purchase? If that's not believable... Do not buy from this seller.
