I placed the gel patch over my right ankle bone, then put hockey socks on to ease the pain of my hockey skates digging into my ankle bone.
These did not work at all. In fact it was worse than playing without gel patch.
- If you have athletic kids, you need these. Great for blisters or even minor cuts.
- Unfortunately these came off after only a few minutes of walking.
