Limited use on leather cords but leaves a dull finish with poor color quality. If I'm stroking with a carving knife every 15 minutes, I expect the blade to be mirror coated for minimal drag. This leaves a dull finish running through the wood. Melts at very low temperatures on a cloth buff - virtually useless on a drive wheel. Leaves a dull matte finish - not a very good high gloss finish of other green compounds. I work knives 40 hours a week and also polish copper forgings so I have a professional level of experience. Not a product that I can use in my shop.
