Review on MAXSA Light Parking Perfect 37340 by Andy Jolley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I DON'T HAVE AN INCH OF FREE SPACE IN THE GARAGE TO PARK MY CAR!

My garage is only 18 feet deep and I had to remove the shelves to try and fit my truck in. an inch from slamming into the wall of my house or slamming the garage door against the back as it closes. I installed this LED park ball and couldn't be more excited! I bought two balls. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND BEFORE PULLING OUT THE BATTERY TANK TO ACTIVATE THE THREE BATTERIES INCLUDED, I made sure I could open the sphere and check it so I later knew how to change the batteries. Both bullet ends opened easily, however neither of them ever latched or rotated to the closed position. The outer sphere is made of thin plastic and has two open slots into which the top of the sphere's plastic lugs can be dropped. From there you will need to rotate the top of the ball to lock the tabs in place. One of my balls couldn't make it so I messaged Revain to replace one of the park balls and it arrived the very next day - great customer service! Right now I'm using blue painter's tape to attach the sphere's string mechanism to the roof. from my garage until I'm happy with the location. Also, and just in case since my garage is very tight, I plan to put a second parking ball on the passenger side of the car. I'll bolt them both down later, but the nice thing is that the blue duct tape will keep the light sphere attached to the garage ceiling until I make a decision. ALSO KEEP THE PACKING INSTRUCTIONS! Remove the paper packaging indicator from the hard plastic packaging and place it on a tablet or similar in the garage so you know how to take it apart to change batteries in the future. Alkaline button cell batteries (also suitable for L1154, LR44, A76 or PX76A). A small Phillips screwdriver (not included) is required to remove the two screws from the battery compartment and replace the batteries. At the time of writing this, October 2021, I paid just over $7 for a park ball; I was so excited I told my friend they might want to buy them at that price before they go away. Very very happy with the purchase and customer service!
