Thinking of buying from Leader Accessories? Buyer Warning. In an ideal world, this rating would have been FIVE STARS, but since the company does not respond to a request for a required proprietary plastic part, the unit contains only one bike and receives a ONE STAR. The rack can be great when it can actually hold two bikes. We can't test it or use it for its intended purpose as nobody seems to be able to replace the missing plastic part. Poor customer service will kill businesses. Ignoring requests and hitting hard just isn't good business. Update: Finally got the part, but I can say with some confidence that everything is being handled by non-English speakers and Revain is being used to run it. The missing parts were flown direct from China. The rack works, but if something goes wrong, good luck.
