Doesn't work for me on Verizon Fios

It doesn't work with me and my specific Fios app. I used an Actiontec adapter which was plug and play. I needed this adapter to get MoCA 2.0 related speeds on my coax network. I have gigabit ethernet powering my Fios G1100 router over the WAN. At the other end of the house I have an Actiontec WCB6200Q Network/Wi-Fi Extender connected via a coax cable to get Wi-Fi in that part of the house and also to connect my computer. As you may or may not know, the Fios G1100 is standard MoCA 2.0 only and cannot transmit gigabit speeds over coax. In theory, I should be able to unplug the coax cable from my router, plug it into the GoCoax adapter, and plug the adapter into the router's LAN port via Ethernet. However, my Actiontec extender was unable to connect to the internet. Tried different cables, restarted the router, restarted the GoCoax adapter, restarted the Actiontec extender. There are no dice. I even changed the IP address on the router, went into the Goax settings and adjusted the frequencies and still nothing. I emailed GoCoax directly and they responded very quickly at first, but after a few days and a few emails it was quiet. I returned this item and went with the Actiontec MoCA/Ethernet adapter and it worked for 10 seconds right out of the box. No reboot. 10 SECONDS. Perhaps GoCoax can make some firmware changes for future apps to be a true plug and play product. Fire. I could even send them the spare Actiontec WCB6200Q I have and they can find out why it's not reading over the network.
