No more crushed fingers!
Arrived quickly. I'm so glad it happened. After the last time I cut my finger, I found this handy little item that made slicing carrots MUCH easier! This allows me to hold the carrot fairly well as I pass it through the grater. Because of where you want the carrot to be "stored," there is a minimum piece of about 1 inch that isn't shredded. I wish I had found this sooner!
