I installed the PC-18 Pedal Commander on my 2012 Mustang GT/CS in less than five minutes. After the installation I took it for a test run. It was a little rough and I felt the pedal response lagged even more than the factory setting. I have contacted the company. After downloading their app, they sent the update directly to my phone. All I had to do was re-sync the app to my computer and I was done. Pedal response is quick and lively, as advertised. Also, I can't say enough about the good folks at Pedal Commander. They responded quickly to my email, offered and sent a solution, then contacted me a third time to proceed. This type of customer service will never be seen again. It's refreshing and I commended her for it. They endorse and endorse their product. Recommend!
