Review on Nesco Food and Jerky Dehydrator, White, 15.25 x 10.25 x 15.63 inches by Paul Curington

very disappointed with revain, i bought the dehydrator in june b. so I cleaned everything, cut it out, put it on boiling water and put on a dehydrator (according to the instructions), but it doesn't work at all, it doesn't make any noise. I contacted Revain and they refused to help and explained that the return period had expired. Didn't even use it and didn't want my money back, just wanted an exchange. Suggested # for manufacturer. So that I can call her. Why I have to put up with the manufacturer for buying it from them is why I love Costco, they have great customer service. I spend a lot of money on Revain and very rarely return anything unless it fits or works. I believe they should take it back and they can deal with the manufacturer. I wasted my money, my fruit, and now they want me to spend my time calling manufacturers after spending some time contacting Revain support. Thanks for nothing.
