Review on AccuQuote by James Eledge

I like using this program for its ability to be user friendly and easily understood without years of training to become proficient at it's utilization. The lack of information about certain aspects such as when they will get back to you is somewhat frustrating. If anyone looking needs more room than what a spreadsheet provides then having real-time calculations available with this application would make sense. We need help with our A/R (Accounts Receivable) process since we cannot properly document or calculate all purchases until close out dates have passed making the end count higher compared to previous reports. Using Accuquote has been beneficial not only because it gives us better accuracy but also saves time due to no manually having to add up inventory after each period of business so it automatically calculates total values. I like being able to see all my data at once without having to go back through old emails or previous reports. The only thing I dislike about this program it's a little hard for me to navigate sometimes when trying to find what I want. But overall for the price you pay there isn't much else out there with as many features as Accuquote has. We are solving our quoting needs by using Accuquote. It allows us to keep up with each customer individually which saves us so much time!
