I like using this program for its ability to be user friendly and easily understood without years of training to become proficient at it's utilization. The lack of information about certain aspects such as when they will get back to you is somewhat frustrating. If anyone looking needs more room than what a spreadsheet provides then having real-time calculations available with this application would make sense.
