The monitor is really very good. No screws were missing. If you are also missing the mounting screws holding it to the stand, you will need 4 M4 0.7mm x 8mm pan head Phillips steel mounting screws which I bought at Home Depot for less than $2. You can also buy them from the Samsung parts website. To do this, it is very important to choose the right type of screw. Their phone support told me that I need to contact Revain or wait until the bank holiday weekend to speak to their business support line as it is considered a business monitor. So I just went to the store instead. The monitor has a well thought out menu system with a single 4-way joystick/control knob on the back, you can tell it not to scan inputs and the power LED can be toggled so it only turns on in mode Idle OR active. The stand feels good. It's sturdy with just the right amount of non-adjustable tension. It doesn't wobble, click, or settle any differently than where you left it moving, at least not right out of the box. It doesn't have a pan setting, so obviously you'll be adjusting it straight. That's good, it has a wide viewing angle, at least for working with Office documents. Overall, I would definitely buy again, even if I had to buy 4 stand screws again.
