This headset works, but it is not suitable for work. The microphone is NOT noise canceling. The microphone can pick up sounds from outside my home when my doors and windows are closed. The fact that the microphone is so sensitive to noise makes it a poor choice for a work environment, especially for home use. The mute function turns on and off slowly. The headset said it would be muted in this case and when the customer is on the phone you can't hear them through the headset announcing mute or unmuted. However, I give 3 stars because it works and you can receive calls.
