I've had other chargers in the past that have been very annoying. One was completely disconnected from the scooter's battery outlet. The other kept falling apart at the point where you put it in a square box. This device is superior. A long piece of metal with a screw on one side makes it easier to align the contacts when connecting to the battery. The triangular plug for the square block inserts easily and STAYS inside. The only reason I took off a star is because the light (green or red) is too small and difficult to see.
