Adhesion is excellent, assembly is very easy. The product itself was terrible, extremely terrible! It's made of plastic! Plastic, metal screws and friction - not the best combination! After about 5 minutes of use, the screws got hot and melted the screw holes! Which in turn (for lack of a better word) caused the screw heads to fall out of the holes and the whole head fell off! And there is no way to fix it! I think you get what you pay for! I bought a replacement head from DeWalt which is aluminum. Works like new even after 5 hours of use!
