Adhesion is excellent, assembly is very easy. The product itself was terrible, extremely terrible! It's made of plastic! Plastic, metal screws and friction - not the best combination! I love my DeWalt RO grinder; I hook it up to my vacuum cleaner and very little dust comes out. The hook part of the Velcro has been detaching from the base for a while. I didn't want to pay the price of an OEM from DeWalt, but I needed a new part. I found what I needed on the DeWalt website and also downloaded the parts drawing.
