This item fits Ford 99-07 Heavy Duty Trucks. I have excursion 05, so F-250 for frames and ascetics. It was very easy to install. I used screw mounts since it was -20°F when installed. I decided the tape wouldn't work. My truck was running at the time so I could assemble it before I started drilling or installing. The fan motor on my truck creates negative pressure so he pulled the cover up against the grate and held it there while I checked the installation. He pushed the latches and it locked instantly. It made a big difference: my truck stays warmer when plugged in, heats up faster and blows out hot air in less time. If you live in a cold climate this is a must.
