I didn't want to pay a lot of money just to get a second hole in my earlobe. They were great and easy to use. You take it out of the box and the earring is already mounted in the gun for you, all you have to do is wipe your ear with the alcohol swab provided and then pull the trigger :) no pain at all! The earrings were a little bigger than I wanted but that's okay, I'll replace them in a few weeks when they're healing better. Also the healing process was very smooth and easy :)
