The only complaint I have about this product has to do with the hardware provided to mount the hanging wheels on the door. The bolts sent in the kitare made for 1 3/4 inch thick (exterior doors). A note in the instructions said if using less thick doors more washers were needed to fill the gap between the door and decorative acorn nut. Additional washers were not included. As the hardware kit is a black finish, I had to locate additional washers and paint them black.This kit is meant for interior use. There was no point in providing such long bolts for the type of door to be used on the interior of a house.Either include shorter bolts for interior doors or additional washers.
