The most useful thing about this platform as it has an inbuilt chatbot which helps to resolve any queries of our customers instantly without having them wait at all! It also allows us to track their conversations across different channels like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger etc., This makes things very easy while handling issues from multiple users simultaneously over various platforms. I don't think there's anything much that can be disliked here but if you are looking out for some more features then maybe they should add those too!! We have been using thulim since long time now & we love everything abt its services. Their team always help me solve my problems whenever i face one related to messaging app or emailing service provider (like Gmail). They do so effectively by taking care off every detail right till end even when something goes wrong. Moreover, sometimes people get nervous because these companies take money upfront before giving solutions.
