ThuliM is simply amazing with great customer support

The most useful thing about this platform as it has an inbuilt chatbot which helps to resolve any queries of our customers instantly without having them wait at all! It also allows us to track their conversations across different channels like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger etc., This makes things very easy while handling issues from multiple users simultaneously over various platforms. I don't think there's anything much that can be disliked here but if you are looking out for some more…

  • Intelligent solution solving mechanism through AI
  • Allows user interaction via SMS/email alongwith web interface(mobile browser) making process easier than ever

  • Not able t use same account accross devices /platforms

Great and affordable option for cross functional collaboration

It's simple to use! The interface makes it easy to create new messages or reply in real time without having too many features that are not necessary at this stage of our project lifecycle (we're still building out). I like how we can have different teams communicate using one platform instead of multiple tools/apps - no more emailing back-and forth between two people talking about something they didn't mean us as customers but meant someone else within their team; just send them an instant…
