Check your carburetor: Fuel system
Carburetor looks good, close inspection shows throttle spring is weak. I didn't have the plastic boot for the rear butterfly either, luckily I still had the carburetor and removed it from it. The fuel line does not have an elbow and in my case that would be better. I haven't used a carburetor before so I don't know how it works. Updated: Fuel tank O-ring not sealing properly causing leaks. I can't get the motor to run on my own, so I'll have to buy another one.
