Purchased for Kohler CV15T. Installation was easy and fit perfectly. It idles ok but dies when you give it gas. and without adjustment. There was also no fuel line visible in the picture.

Mower starts well, idles well, mows well, for 1/5 the price of a Kohler carb what else still can you ask, with crap they add to the gas, the new carb looks like a new set of lungs, the gasket between the carb and the motor didn't fit properly, I had to open the holes a bit so it lays flat , no big deal

Carburetor looks good, close inspection shows throttle spring is weak. I didn't have the plastic boot for the rear butterfly either, luckily I still had the carburetor and removed it from it. The fuel line does not have an elbow and in my case that would be better. I haven't used a carburetor before so I don't know how it works. Updated: Fuel tank O-ring not sealing properly causing leaks. I can't get the motor to run on my own, so I'll have to buy another one.

I found this to be a good value replacement carburetor for a Kohler team single. It's cheap or cheaper than an OEM conversion kit. I figured why not save some energy and replace the carburetor. At high idle, this will measure about the right amount of fuel. At low idle, it works poorly and saturated. I even drilled through the Welch connector and adjusted the idle mixture screw but never got it right. For those who have doubts about the correct installation, clean fuel supply, etc., rest…
