iPhone 8 home button not working from the screen

You can't activate the iPhone 8 to use the touchscreen because the home button requires skin contact. This should not be advertised as compatible with the iPhone 8. Otherwise the touchscreen works and the phone fits. The case also rides at an awkward angle, making it difficult for you to read the screen. Wouldn't recommend it.
