Review on D1080N Diablo 10 Inch Non Ferrous PermaShield by Doug Bundy

Used for cutting aluminum DIN rail for work projects. Done perfectly. Just as good if not better than expected. I sprayed WD40 on it after about a dozen cuts that didn't seem to hurt, but I can't say it changed much. I am very happy with this blade as it suits my project very well. Some advice is to use it outdoors in a place where you don't mind aluminum shavings everywhere. If your material is asymmetrical I recommend flipping it as it will cut much more evenly on one side than the other. Take your time too. Make sure the blade is up to speed before it hits the aluminum. I have found that rotating the blade between cuts cools the blade and improves its performance.
