DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY -- UPDATE
My SnoBrum arrived today and like other reviewers the handle does not slip out. I tried everything I could think of and it just wouldn't budge. The bad part. MADE IN THE USA. So sad. waste of money. UPDATE: I contacted SnoBrum and they suggested hitting the handle hard on something hard to loosen it. I slapped it a few times but it still didn't come out so I threw it where it belongs - in the bin!
