Review on Permatex 56521 Performance Thread Sealant by Mike Rogers

Works simply and clearly. I needed thread sealant for my engine oil line fittings. No leaks! The oil operates at 185 degrees Fahrenheit and 50+ psi. I couldn't afford leaks after the oil lines were fitted. So I chose this product which got great reviews and I'm glad I did. Before applying the sealant I made sure to wipe all threads with acetone. I would suggest making sure your threads are clean and using a cleaner that won't damage the material. In the end I gave this product 5 five stars and I would use it again at any time.
