Poor quality control
If they paid as much attention to quality control as they do to packaging, everything would be great. It came in a well fitting box in a box - two boxes. I expected perfection. Unfortunately the finish is poor, the forged dents are not polished. The reverse switch doesn't move from side to side in the same way. I think this points to an asymmetrical interior, shoddy workmanship and possibly reduced durability. I'm good with my tools and don't use them particularly heavily so I'd be surprised if I break them, but I wouldn't trust them for commercial use. I think I'd be happier with one from Harbor Freight.
