Using my mother's account: Really comfortable. as long as your feet are properly shaped for this shoe. The shape of your bow will make a big difference. Other people say that he digs in the heel, I don't understand anything at all. Although it would be VERY easy for shoes. I was actually concerned about the "textile" version of the material (thought they were similar, like textiles) but no, it looks like it's a layer on suede. Really really hard out of the box. It feels like they are made of wood. If they stay stiff, they're good for somersaults that require strenuous footwork. As they loosen up, I think they become more comfortable. Just make sure you have inverted feet. If you have generally wide feet or a thick Achilles tendon, then it sucks.
