Review on 🍲 Weston Food Mill - 2 Quart Capacity, Stainless Steel Construction, 3 Milling Discs, Dishwasher Safe by Sherrie Webb

I bought one of these from Revain when I received it Revain said it was brand new there is a noticeable dent on the rim of the bowl but I thought it might be there, when I used the grinder you can hear it grinding the metal disc and as can be seen in the photos you can see the wear and tear after just a few minutes of use. I have contacted Weston brands and it took them 2 days to reply and then 3 days went by or back and forth and they refuse to say if this is normal for this device. Due to COVID-19 they only communicate via email and do not speak to anyone on the phone. I spent over an hour emailing and trying to send them photos because their email system rejects images. I tried to contact them via facebook and they got the photos that way but refuse to answer if there should be a dent and normal wear and tear. By the way, this is the second device from Revain with almost identical (possible) damage and wear issues.
